Know Your Free Speech Rights

The Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Act 2023 made important changes to the free speech rights of academics, students and external speakers on English university campuses. The Best Free Speech Practice project has produced a one-page guide that is freely available to use by all. AFAF is proud to be associated with this guide and asks all our members to promote and distribute it as widely as possible at their universities.
